Умови використання (Terms of Use)

Ці Умови використання регулюють ваш доступ до та використання мобільного додатку Moona ("Додаток"), розробленого компанією CodeCraft. Використовуючи Додаток, ви погоджуєтеся з цими Умовами. Якщо ви не згодні з ними, будь ласка, не використовуйте Додаток.

1. Призначення Додатку (Відмова від відповідальності)

Moona — це додаток, створений виключно для розважальних, інформаційних та мотиваційних цілей. Астрологічні прогнози, натальні карти та поради щодо фаз Місяця, надані в Додатку:

• Не є науково доведеними фактами.
• Не повинні розглядатися як медичні, психологічні, фінансові або юридичні консультації.
• Не можуть замінити професійну допомогу спеціалістів.

Ми не несемо відповідальності за будь-які рішення чи дії, прийняті вами на основі інформації з Додатку.

2. Підписки та Покупки

Додаток може пропонувати преміум-функції за моделлю підписки (автоматичне поновлення) або одноразових покупок. Оплата стягуватиметься з вашого облікового запису Apple ID або Google Play під час підтвердження покупки. Ви можете керувати своїми підписками та вимкнути автоматичне поновлення в налаштуваннях вашого облікового запису в магазині додатків.

3. Інтелектуальна власність

Увесь контент, дизайн, графіка, алгоритми та код Додатку є власністю CodeCraft і захищені законами про авторське право. Копіювання, розповсюдження або зворотна розробка (reverse engineering) Додатку суворо заборонені.

4. Поведінка користувача

Ви погоджуєтесь використовувати Додаток лише в законних цілях. Забороняється використовувати автоматизовані системи (боти, скрейпери) для видобутку даних з Додатку або намагатися зламати його системи безпеки.

5. Обмеження відповідальності

Додаток надається "як є" (as is). Ми не гарантуємо безперебійну роботу Додатку, відсутність помилок або абсолютну точність астрологічних розрахунків. У максимальній мірі, дозволеній законом, CodeCraft не несе відповідальності за будь-які прямі чи непрямі збитки, що виникли внаслідок використання Додатку.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Moona mobile application (the "App"), developed by CodeCraft. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App (Disclaimer)

Moona is an application designed strictly for entertainment, informational, and motivational purposes. The astrological forecasts, natal charts, and lunar phase advice provided in the App:

• Are not scientifically proven facts.
• Should not be construed as medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
• Cannot replace professional assistance from qualified experts.

We assume no liability for any decisions or actions taken by you based on the information provided in the App.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your app store account settings.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, algorithms, and code within the App are the property of CodeCraft and are protected by copyright laws. Copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering the App is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the App or attempting to breach its security systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or absolute accuracy of astrological calculations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeCraft shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
